Sadly, I've only watched 4 music DVD's in my entire life, and 2 of those were Rammstein.

thats terrible ;)

use sattys list as your guide.. it will not fail you

Well the Rammstein ones certainly didn't disappoint. But most of the bands I like don't seem to release DVD's; and I don't wanna spend money on DVD's by bands that I think are only "OK."

Pavement's Slow Century dvd is pretty good.

And I like the Pumpkins greatest hits dvd as well.

And Bowie dvds are a safe bet for ruling.

P.s. If it's your thing, the Concert for George Harrison is a cool dvd. One big love in.

The Who Live at Royal Albert Hall = sheer awesomeness.

As well, I've been trying to get my hands on Tool's Salival DVD/CD for a while... naturally, no luck.

I've got the Salival dvd/cd. The dvd isn't anything real special.

Contains four film clips (stinkfist, aenima, sober & prison sex).

I've got to get my hands on that Wilco dvd.

Tenacious D - The Complete Masterworks

I also really liked the Weezer DVD with all their videos, it was cheap (~$10) and had alot of great extras. If Matt G. finally releases all his videos via DVD I hope he'll go this route.
