They claim it's their best album yet. But when hasn't a band said that?? but the song 'gravity' Chris Martin wrote for embrace was pretty good, so if he's giving that away, then fingers crossed!!

Parachutes was a better overall record than A Rush of Blood To The Head. However the singles on A Rush Of... were a lot better than those from Parachutes (specifically The Scientist).

 

Looking forward to it nonetheless.

This album is going to put them in late 80s U2 status of being a stadium band from now on. The hype surrounding them will increase. they are a decent band but by no means spectacular.
