this was released AFTER Avalanche. and its not a demo.

the shorter version (the one used as the third single - no video) was the one released on the HOSAM site.

the acoustic version was released on NationOfCool a couple months after the album release.

Near Fantastica wasn't recorded in the basement demo's which you could find on the hub.
