The Forgotten

I watched "The Forgotten" Last night. I actually thought it was a pretty good movie. There are a lot of jumpy scenes, some of them scared the hell out of me. Someone screamed "HOLY $hit!" after a jumpu scene. Haha ;)

 

Has anyone else watched this Movie?

I've heard it was good, but the only theatre near me that is playing it costs $13 for a movie and to park, and I haven't heard that it's good enough for $13. $8-yes, but not 13. At this point it's looking like I'm waiting for DVD.

Just rented it a couple of days ago. Have to say how absolutely awful it was. It was actually pretty interesting up until the aliens came into the picture..

that was powerfully lame. Since it was the DVD...I saw both the theatrical version and the extended version with the alternate ending. For either version, worst movie I've seen in a while.

The whole alien thing was real lame.

this movie really hurt my soul to watch.

It was strange. The camera angles were strange. The ending was stranger.

But I still love Julianne Moore because of Benny & Joon.

Saw it on Saturday. Found it to be predictible, and not shocking, my friends were jumping around my at the jump scenes, but I'd seen the previews, and thus, was not surpirsed by them.

The first half of the forgotten was pretty good but got awful fast. There was one part with a car crash that made me scream my loudest since the ring. Darkness Falls so bad but it had Emma Caulfield from Buffy the Vampire Slayer (my favourite show).

i fell asleep about 30 minutes into this one, so i don't have an opinion other than julianne moore is pretty hot.

 

oh, and darkness falls was complete crap. i especially love how they stuffed a pillowcase and drew a mean face on it and pretended like it was scary.

Where were all these "jumpy" moments everyone is talking about?

True, it was lame and predictable, but I felt compelled to watch it through to the end. The alternate ending was much worse than the theatrical ending.
