Empty Road, I agree... should have taken the place of IBASIWYM, if they were going for the radio-friendly country vibe.

I think it would have just scared to many fans away who are just casual radio listeners if they used empty road as a single. i think he shouldve used NA4Life, tried to get it played in US, then got lots of negative press from republicans. i believe its called the "Michael Moore" effect.

That song's a good rocker. But kind of blatant and probably the most shallow on the album. I don't think that'd be a good reflection on Good.

While it is blatant, i believe that that was the point of the song lyrics. they were supposed to just stand right out and get your attention. Thats what makes the song so appealing.

If they wanted to be cheap they could just record a litlle bit and then loop it. And as far as marketing to southern US, I have a sneaking suspision that Matt Good has never been marketed there at all

lol, good idea and good point... those southern Americans are so deprived... any idea why Matt's sound just never took off in the states? Is it just that us MG fans have a unique taste and his music cannot be plainly enjoyed by a lot of people?

My Out Of Style Is Coming Back would have been a cool video. Truffle Pigs would have been cool too, but they would have had to edit the song so much that it wouldn't have even made sense.
