Itunes Really Sucks

my dad got me a $50 gift card. cool, however, after I download a song, it refuses to upload on my iPod. What do I do? any help? thanks, in advance.

I am downloading the new iTunes. let's hope this works. (knock wood)

I have never had any problems with iTunes, on my dad's PC and on my Mac. Contact customer care I guess.

and iTunes has officially fixed itself. now, what do I download?

For future note, if you do have a problem with iTunes not downloading I would recommend reporting the issue directly to them (http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html). I hear they are pretty good about fixing these kind of issues.

 

Glad it has fixed itself though.
