I liked the cinema one, and I haven't seen the DVD version.

The DVD has alternative ending, cause of directors cuts. Sis hired it out, found it really surprising when other ending happened. But the ending with the Oasis song that was on at the cinema's was soo much better and had such a better feeling.

I only saw the DVD version, thought it was bordering between mediocre and good. I think way too many films these days deal with this whole "memory and the potential loss thereof" theme.
