Sam Roberts

I think Sam Roberts is an incredible rocker and I really enjoy listening to his cds, but I get the feeling that feeling is not shared on the Bored for some reason, so what do you think of Sammy?

Sam Roberts is one of my favorite artists to come along in a long time, I love all 2 CDs and the one EP he has out. Besides he plays a damn good live show.

i'm sortof indifferent to him. i have chemical city, but i did not listen to it for very long after i bought it. it was one of those impulse buys that i kindof regret. i think he writes good music, and has some great songs, but a lot of times he still comes off as being somewhat mediocre in comparison to other artists that i would rather listen to. mediocre in the sense that, he has some good singles and whatnot but when it comes to his albums they're very inconsistent.

Annoying, overrated hipster. Or possibly a full-blown hippy, I can't really tell on this one. Granted, I've only heard whatever was on the radio. But that was more than enough to ensure that I will never go out of my way to see or hear him do anything.

I liked the singles I'd heard, but seeing him live actually turned me off of him. Did not enjoy the performance at all.
