anyone know when these were released? I saw one on ebay about a year ago but didn't bother bidding (it was huge, and yellow/white).

 

I'll take a wild guess and say they were promo only items?

No, they were actually sold at shows, because I have what I think was part of the last run of jerseys they did, which was during the Beautiful Midnight tour.

It'd be awesome if he revised that idea sometime in the future. There'd so many ways you could go with a new design, etc.

That's what happened to me too...and I was an art geek in high school, so the art geek wearing a football jersey just didn't mesh.

That's probably why I sold it to some girl in Ontario for $300. It was a decent turnaround.

I recall someone in the states buying the jersey simply to remove the patch for their backpack (we discussed this back on the MGB funland's mailing list. Anyone else remember that thing?) because at the time, it was about the same price to buy the jersey as it was to track down a patch.

i have 3 different jerseys - the yellow one, the grey one and a long-sleeve navy blue one which is far too big for me.

 

i actually like the yellow one the best
