i am tired allllll thhhhheeeeeeeeeee tiiiiiiiiiiiimmmmmmeeeee.

it doesn't matter how much sleep i get, what time i go to bed, what time i wake up, i'm just so damn tired *a-wink ;)*

so what can i do differently, outside of pills and Red Bull(s) so that I am not this fatigued???

thank you..

i want a social life, i really do, but it's impossible for me to go out after work, because all I am thinking about is laying down and going to sleep.

isn't being tired all the time a sign of clinical depression? might wanna visit your doc (even if you don't want pills)

but i live in The States, I can't afford to visit the doc.

okay, are you getting enough water and sunlight? yeah, no plant jokes but we need both. it helps with mood and chillaxation.

you might not be getting enough iron and you're semi-annemic.

that's what my mom tells me. she wants me to go in a have some blood work done.

i think i'll pick up some iron pills at work today.

I heard a glass of orange juice and an apple every morning helps wake you up and stay energized.

Also having a consistent bedtime/waking time.

Eating every 3-4 hours.

and having some sort of exercise routine as well...

Or play some DDR. That always keeps me pumped XD

Eat more, eat more frequently, develop a regular sleep cycle, excercise.

Edit: Oh, and invest in a good multivitamin.

Do blood work and see what your body is missing. Then get vitamins and all your missing. Also, eat healthier and you'll be much more energetic.
