  1. I'm going to acquire an ounce of shrooms tomorrow and I might partake with a friend and catch Charlie and the Chocolate Factory or The Devils Rejects at the local cineplex. Good times are ahead, or so my forecast says.
  2. It opens tomorrow and I'm pretty psyched about the whole thing.
  3. I was listening to Power 97 (winnipeg's rock station) and Lochlin Cross, the stations music director, said that he heard the single last week and was pretty dissapointed with it, but said to expect it in late july.

  7. http://www.fox.com/arresteddev/ is reporting that Arrested Development Season 3 will premiere on Wednesday September 14, and then it will move into its regular 8 eastern / 7 central Monday spot on Fox.
  8. I've tried e, lsd, mushrooms, coke, and of course hash & pot. With the later being the everyday drug of choice. I started with cannabis, so I guess you can call it a gateway drug, and have only touched those other stimulants once or twice. I hear that meth is becoming a big problem in North America.
  9. http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/newsitem.cfm?NewsID=3680 is reporting that Arrested Development Season 2 will be released October 11. There's no firm date as to when Season 3 will premiere but one would have to guess that it'll be after the MLB Playoffs in November when shows like The Simpsons usually have their premieres.

  13. Just to make myself clear.... It's All Gone Pete Tong > Fubar
  14. Fubar is a good movie and all, but you should check out the second movie made by the Fubar director called "It's All Gone Pete Tong" (website: www.itsallgonepetetong.com) It revolves around an aclaimed DJ Frankie Wilde who looses his hearing and goes deaf. I won't go into specifics but Terry and Dean from Fubar have roles in the film as two Austrian buddies of Wilde. Viewers should be warned that in place of the heavy drinking in Fubar, ...Pete Tong involves copious amounts of cocaine. It's worth a watch, and dare I say it's better than Fubar.
  15. Although their single "Incomplete" is 10x better than any of the crap they've ever thrown together, I can safely state there there a 0% chance that I'll be at their concert (can you really call it a concert if most of the songs they sing were pre-recorded?) at the MTS Centre. Running4home should save her money and buy System of A Down /w The Mars Volta tickets, or at the very least Robert Plant tickets.
  16. I hope they release Ready or Not on DVD.
  17. The movie was great and all... But according to RadarMagazine.com, before Cruise started dating Katie Holmes, he invited actress Scarlett Johansson to a Scientology center where he showed her literature about the church. "After two hours of proselytizing," according to the website, "Cruise opened a door to reveal a second room full of upper-level Scientologists who had been waiting to dine with the pair, at which point the cool-headed ing

  23. Actually, Katastrophina, you're wrong. Thanks to a fan site: Addicted to noise: Serial Joe. Below are some little known facts about a little known band that shared the same billing in Edgefest 99 with the Matthew Good Band. Where did they get the name Serial Joe from? There was this guy named "Sergio" who lived near them but this little girl couldn't pronounce his name so she called him Serial Joe . Did you know? Serial Joes' first ever show in the States was the popular Woodstock '99 festival! How do they feel when compaired to Silverchair? They love Silverchair and if anything it's a huge compliment ! Almost all of SJ's songs sound angry. What are they writing about? Ryan : "These songs were all written at different times, about different feelings." ... "That's the way we write our music; it's fun to us. It's not like we hate the world, it's just the way we like our music to sound." The Beatles they werent.
