What gets me is the people who think that a good action with the wrong intentions is still a good action. "Around here our ambition throws a non perishable item in the donation bin at xmas, and then pats himself on the fucking back b/c he thinks he's done something decent"

I had thought about the lipstick being what she lifted, however it seems a little excessive to have 2 burly guys tackle a woman for just 1 lipstick. Also every place I've worked has had limits to what teh security could and could not do, and tackling a shoplifter would definatlly fall under the could not. lol sorry 'bout the spoilers I assumed everyone would've seen this by now ;) As far as whats he's saying to the girl at the end, I liked what was under the QA, but there must've been some other meaning to it otherwise why would they have put him in that part? I had kinda thought that maybe he was telling her that she didnt need to/shouldnt save the person. B/C her actions (not helping out) have shown what type of person she is, and doesn't deserve to be saved by someone the AOD sees as inherantly good. But the only support to the homeless girl being potrayed as inherantly good is when she saves the other girl so I dunno.

Gah the thingy lost my post :angry: I really liked tonights episode, however I though it was a bit of a cop out to have them have this "device" that'll allow the bad guys to take over the power plants. Where in reality they could've done w/o it. Security studies have shown that a large part of government systems like powerplants, water&sewage treatment, heck even traffic control systems aren't hardend against computer attacks. And I wanna know why they got rid of Jack's daughter she's hot ;) and I miss her

Hey I did a search but didnt come up w/ anything so hopefully this hasn't be asked too many times before ;) But I was watching the Strange Days Video (its by far my fav) and there's a couple things I dont get. First off whats the deal with the chick who gets hauled down by the 2 security guards. What is she a shoplifter or something? and whats the point of having MG kick the lipstick into the sewer? Also what do you think MG is saying to the homeless person before s/he (sorry cant tell if he or her applies) saves the other chick. It seems odd cause they make a deal of showing the MG is dissappointed when s/he gets up. So what was he telling them not to do it?

I can tell them why, many Bush supporters were embarrased of the fact that they actually voted for him, and didnt want to admit that fact in public ;)

lol thats too funny. It reminds me of when I was in JH/High School and there was a big flap on the net of ppl refusing to play warcraft 2 b/c all the units were gay (at this point there were no female units). ITS A TV SHOW! GET OVER IT!

I voted under 18 althouhg I'm over 18, b/c based on some of the comments about ppl harrashing him about it. I can only see immature ppl doing that.

I dunno about you guys but I stand on a chair ;) Okay all joking aside the big problem with canadian politics the "Totting the party line". The idea that the MPs have to vote the way the leader decides is arcahic. What we need to do is change the system so that if the leading party fails to pass a reading that a vote of non confidance is call automatically. There should be some other system where in if the Speaker of the house, and a majority of HOC decides so, one would be held. Also we're in dire need of senate reform.

I have a copy, actually I've found a couple. But they all seem to be from one source, and whoever captured it did a piss poor job. Theres high freq clipping and its kinda annoying. SO anyone have a good copy that doesnt have this?

Ahhh a nice steamy pile of pretentiuos plot. I was hoping that they would've taken commonly known things (like the pyrimad on the us bill) and build clues out of that, unfourtinatly every item in the movie is hidden. Save your money dont go, maybe rent it when it comes out OR watch it for free on TV. Honestly its not even worth the time it would take to download assuming anyone woudl bother to upload it.
