  1. no it certainly does not, but that was my point. BM roughly sold 4X what HM sold. so marketing that album to 25% of the original fan base and then limiting it to those with turntables is not going to be profitable for anyone. FWIW BM is still my favorite album of all time.
  2. great movie. a classic. but not best of all time.
  3. The Rolling People - the Verve
  4. A Boy and His Machine Gun
  5. Hey Midnight - one of my favorite openers of all time!
  6. i don't see this happening. its a good promo with a limited print for a new release. but aside from people on this board how many would pay attention to the back catalouge of an artist from 10+ years ago?
  7. that sounds disappointing. i think the 1999 - 2002 part of his career is the most interesting and least documented. As interesting as the WLRRR and HM part of his career is, within the community is has been documented very well, with Matt writing a long post on his site about is a year or two ago.
  8. Champions of Nothing Let's Get It On Change of Season Fated Flight Recorder From Viking 7 It's Been Awhile Since I Was Your Man Invasion 1 Avalanche Prime Time Deliverance
  9. Its a grat album, and an excellent cover to cover listen, however i still don't hear any classics on this one. i think the last classic form Pearl Jam was either Given to Fly or Do the Evolution off Yield. Bakcspacer is their best effort since that. Very few bands compare to Pearl Jam, who still do not come close to 4 hour concerts. they play a solid 2 hour set though ;)
  10. 90's. Soundgarden - Superunknown Pearl Jam - Ten Radiohead - the bends Oasis - Whats the Story MGB - Beautiful Midnight STP - Purple Third Eye Blind - Self Manic Street Preachers - Everything Must Go Tonic - Lemon Parade Stereophonics - Performance and Cocktails 2000's Muse - Absolution Travis - the Invisible Band Third Eye Blind - Out of the Vein MG - Vancouver The soundtrack to our Lives - Behind the Music Elbow - Leaders of the Free World Athlete - Tourist Arcade Fire - Funeral Counting Crows - Saturday nights and Sunday Mornings James Morrison - Songs for You Truths for Me
  11. that is actually what sparked the most recent round of rumours he came on with PJ and played some temple of the dog and hit the high notes fine... but sadly this will not happen anytime soon
  12. saw them live and i have to say their music live is 10x better than its sounds recorded. it jsut does not translate well for me.
  13. i think its more operatic and "queen-y" as opposed to whiney.
  14. a top 5 MG song for sure. he has a knack with last tracks being among my favorites.
  15. i dunno i find that its the "forgotten song" form Beautiful midnight.
  16. Volcanoes would be a good opener. I am not holding my breath for Man of Action.
  17. Last Parade Sort of a Protest Song While We Were Hunting Rabbits Going All the Way Volcanoes So Long Mrs. Smith Middle Class Gangsters Moon Over Marin A Silent Army in the Trees
  18. i am disappointed in this. Muse is my favorite band going right now, but this album just does not rate high for me. i would rate their albums Absolution Origins Black Holes Showbiz Resistance
