I like Nine Inch Nails... but a friend pointed out that a lot of songs are about his ex-girlfriend, and pain and distress caused from that. So isn't that a repetitive thing too? Why are artists expected to have a completely different idea for every song. If one feeling is prevailing, and you have lots of different ways to express it, why not make more than one song? Anyway no need for war here, I'm just trying to defend myself and a band I enjoy. I don't like to be ridiculed for liking one band that people think is crap. It's kind of immature.

I also doubt it would happen, but I do enjoy Matthew Good's videos prior to this. They are some of the greatest, most creative videos out there. I can't say enough about it, really. But I'd rather not have it whored on Much Music. I can sacrifice my desire to see a new video.

I like a lot of the songs off Meteora that were not singles. Hit The Floor, Easier To Run, From The Inside, Nobody's Listening. So I gotta disagree with that point.

I think the coolest one is the Stairway to Heaven one.

Ghost Band - Rancid

I love Linkin Park, and am proud to say so. I've been a fan since I heard "One Step Closer" eons ago. I own all their cds and dvds, and they are seriously genuine, hardworking cool guys. Mike Shinoda is brilliant, and a perfectionist. The making of "Meteora" shows what a perfectionist he really is. I think they're original, despite what anyone says. Probably my fourth favourite band... Oh yeah, and I LOVE the Collision Course cd... It's just really interesting to hear the combination. Apparently there are rumours that they are going to do another LP/Jay-Z record since this one has done so well.
