My turn yo. This one is fairly obscure, but if you know it you should get it pretty quick.

What's up with all the simple-minded people taking it as fact? It's just a book! (not referring to any person in particular here, just trying to show a piece of why a lot of people are frustrated with the book)

I think what both articles are saying is that Canada IS following the Geneva convention. It is just that these people are not legally covered by the GC. The GC could perhaps be modified to include these types of organizations as able to become POWs, but I really doubt many countries would go for it.

From what I read, that would still be possible. Edit: Yup, first paragraph...

The protests are more relating to the book, as it does not include any of that 'devil's advocate' stuff. The characters all regard it all as fact.

I liked the movie, but I'm reading the book right now and it really isn't impressive. The story is cool, but the writing is on the verge of bad. If I would have read the book first, I probably wouldn't have bothered seeing the movie.

If I remember right, them are Rare games. Microsoft owns Rare now, so I kinda doubt they will show up on the Wii Virtual Console. Same goes for Goldeneye and Perfect Dark.

I have 24 NFers on my list. I talk to about 4 of them I think. I talk to: Meg, Dan #3, Brandon, Chris, and used to talk to Christy before she quit MSN. I occasionally talk to heyrabbit, Lauren, and The Rat Who Would Be King. Anton is on there too, but I still don't think of him as an NFer because I knew him before this site existed.

Lauren, if my parents hadn't dragged me out of bed to church every Sunday between the ages of 14 and 16, I would have slept in every one. Now I go to church Saturday nights ;)

Next time you probably shouldnt save your digital camera footage as .mov unless you plan on getting a mac. iMovie is pretty sweet. Keep it all as raw avi (might need a new hard drive), and then you can use whatever software you want to edit it.
