  1. I hated Brave New World. And I have yet to get around to reading any Kurt Vonnegut. My favourite book ever, besides At Last There Is Nothing Left to Say, is definitely Kane and Abel by Jeffrey Archer. It is a great story, and has a fantastic ending.
  2. Hmm, I have that magazine, I subscribe. I can try to scan it when I get back to school in Januwary, though I wouldn't know what to do with it next. I can't really do the computer thing.
  3. I don't care what song, I'll be dancing around in my undies no matter what!
  4. I am really liking this song. Though I expected nothing less from Matt. He hasn't let me down yet.
  5. Thanks for the tip, I think I'll pick it up.
  6. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. The movie was fantastic! Even if you haven't read the books (if you haven't, why not?) the movies are still great.
  7. It doesn't ever bother me that he is so vocal about his opinions. If I want to hear about them, I will read his blog. If all I want is music, then I'll just listen to his CDs.
  8. That is pretty disappointing. I don't have one myself, but I'd bet that that one is not legit. I have always been tempted to buy something that is signed on eBay, but I keep talking myself out of it - I only want something signed if I meet him, and he signs is just for me.
  9. What are you talking about? It was easy to play. And it's awesome, by the way. I love that song. ;)
  10. I love The Ocean, and HEather's Like Sunday (it's my song - my name is Heather), but I love Bluebird. It was one of the reasons why I got my tattoo, which is a bluebird. ;)
  11. Matt is by far my favourite musician. I have been a fan of his since I was 10. His music is the soundtrack for my whole life. What I remember, anyways. I wouldn't be around if it wasn't for him.
  12. I agree; I was surprised by Generation X-wing as well, but it has turned out to be one of my favourites.
  13. Even though I've already heard Oh Be Joyful on Matt's site, I heard it on the radio yesterday and was so happy! I can't wait for the new album! I'll be away from home when it comes out, so it'll cheer me up even more! ;)   (8) (8)
  14. I don't know if anyone cares about this, but I wanted to share with everyone anyways. Almost 2 months ago now I got my first tattoo of a bluebird on my left hip. I got it for several reasons. The first being that my grandfather, whom I was very close to passed away 4 years ago after a long fight with pancreatic cancer. Matt's music has helped me through so many stages in my life, especially the loss of my grandfather. My grandfather was in the navy during WWII and it is traditional for sailors to have "Bluebirds of Happiness" tattooed on their shoulders after crossing the ocean, so my tattoo is a strong reminder of my grandfather and how much he meant to me. Furthermore, Matt's song "Bluebird" is one of my favourites, (though I could never really pick just one) and since his music has become such a defining aspect of my life, my bluebird reminds me of the support I got from music when there was nowhere else I could turn. It may not seem like much, but this bit of information is very important to me, and I thought that as Matt Good fans as well, some of you might be interested to hear it. Cheers. ;) Uhh, ya, I just added this guy 'cause I think he's cute.
  15. The greatest episode ever has to be the one where they go to India for the wedding and it runs backwards. Kramer's lollipop keeps getting bigger! There's so much attention to detail, and it's so clever!
  16. I do not like the Arcade Fire. Their music is creepy and boring.
  17. Day for Night and Violet Light are my fav Hip albums, though I'm not so into their newest one, with Vaccination Scar. Is that the name of the album too, or just the single? I can't remember, it just never grabbed my attention.
  18. The Stills are an amazing band. The first time I heard Still in Love Song, I was hooked.
  19. Chris Cornell - Euphoria Morning and Keane - Hopes and Fears
  20. In no particular order: -American Pie by Don McLean -Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen -Indefinitely by Travis -It's A Good Life If You Don't Weaken/Nautical Disaster by the Tragically Hip - Heather's Like Sunday/Bluebird/Running for Home by Matthew Good Yeah, I know that technically, that's more than 5, but what are you going to do about it?
  21. OLP is definitly not of my list of preferences. Their album Clumsy was not bad, but since them, I can't even tolerate their radio play, never mind listening to a whole album.
  22. I've seen Matt twice, first time was April 2003 at the Kool Haus in Toronto. Best night of my life, the show was fantastic. Then I hiked my butt all the way to Orangeville to see him in September 2004. Another amazing show.
  23. I really like Annabelle. It may not be his best song, but does Matt actually have any horrible songs?
