My opinion: The tours that I liked most were the Avalance Tours, White Light, and In A Coma tours since Matt used a full band on those records, and really knew the material on the road. I think if Matt did that with this album the band could rehearse more, and learn a lot more songs, and concerts over all would have a better, and longer setlits.

Maybe I will try and listen again with an open mind.

I am upset that Avalanche has not yet been played. Matt says it is the best song he ever wrote.

I agree with that fact very much. If Matt, or any other artist did something more than the norm, would you all write them off as well? Edit: Any other thoughts of the reunion (the original topic?)

Was there not a website called House of Smoke and Mirrors, and had things for download, such as the Near Fantastica (acoustic) version? Check that....there was, and that is where I got my copy.

Pearl Jam Buffalo 2003 33 songs 3hrs 15 min Pearl Jam Penn State 2003 39 songs nearly 3hrs 45min Seeing that Philly show doesn't surprise me. I was at those 2003 shows as well. While I don't see Matt playing to that length I think for the sake of fans, esp. the loyal ones he could stretch it out just a little.

The best set lists right now belong to Pearl Jam. They only play a few songs from the new CD, and mix up songs each and every night. There are the big hits they play, and one off songs that were only b-sides. They bring back songs they haven't played in 10-12 years and make other songs disappear. I think as the tour progresses Matt and His Band will be comfortable playing songs together, and that the set lists will get better over time.

I don't like the set list at all. Reason being looking over it most of the songs come either from Hospital Music, or Vancouver. Matt has toured already with Hospital Music, and I would like to see less of those songs, and more the back catalog. I know that there are only 10 tracks on Vancouver, but 70% of it was played.

My friend here in college got the swine flu, and it was pretty bad for him. He had a fever of 104F, and had a hard time breathing, and coughed up blood, and was admitted to the hospital.

Do I dare say? Nope.

I am listening to music I happen to like. But I will not share thanks to the "music geniuses" here who know little about music, and continually blast my taste in music.
